Delivery Terms
Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped to your requested address within 3 to 5 business days . We strive to deliver within 3 days, but due to high volume of orders, it can take up to 4 days, or if we are out of stock on one or more of your desired items, it can take up to 5 days.
For a short time, the shipping costs of your orders are paid by us.
Delivery times and conditions may vary in extraordinary circumstances such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, uprisings, civil unrest, nuclear risks and dangers, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage and fire, on official and administrative holidays, during discount and campaign periods, and in cases arising from the recipient (absence at the address, absence of an authorized person to receive the delivery, recipient moving from the address, etc.).
The tracking process will begin once your order is shipped. You can access the waybill number required to track your order by clicking on it in the "My Orders" section under the "My Account" menu.
You can collect your order from the courier by presenting a photo ID and signature.
When receiving your product, please open the shipping box and ensure that the contents are complete and undamaged. In the event of any issues, have the courier file a report and return the product. Our Customer Service team will assist you.
If you are not present at the address at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to the person present at the address after their photo ID is checked and their signature is obtained.
If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice. A second visit will be made to the same address the following business day. Within two days, call the courier's Customer Service team and inform them of your pick-up time. Delivery will be made after you contact them.
