Return and Exchange Policy

At Pandaros, we strive to ensure that each of our carefully crafted designs reaches you in the best possible way. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you request a return or exchange for a product you've purchased, the following conditions apply:

1. Right of Withdrawal

Within the scope of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, you have the right to return your orders subject to distance sales contracts within 14 days from the date you receive the product, without giving any reason.

2. Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with its label intact and in a condition suitable for resale.
• The product must be returned to us within 14 days after delivery.
• The return must be made with the original invoice of the product.
• Returns are not accepted for underwear, special orders and personalized products.

3. Change

We welcome your request for a size or model exchange, provided stock is available. Once the product is received, the exchange will be shipped within 10 business days.

4. Return Shipping Fee

• Your first return shipment will be covered by Pandaros.
• Returns must only be made through a contracted shipping company. Please contact us for details.

5. Refund

Once we receive the product and it meets the return conditions, the product price will be refunded to your payment method within 14 business days. For credit card refunds, this period may be longer depending on your bank.

6. Consumer Rights in Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, the return/exchange period is 30 days. In such cases, Pandaros covers all costs. The product will be inspected, and options such as a refund, exchange, or repair will be offered.

7. Products Not Included

• Orders prepared with special size/special color
• Textile products that have deteriorated after use (for example: washed, ironed, perfumed products)
• Products that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons (underwear, etc.)
